Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based | Full-Time | Salinas, CA | $60-$65 per Hour Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Salinas, CA area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Compensation

• $60-$65 per hour

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday school schedule 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Onsite services only
• Support students across general and special education settings
• Collaborative school-based role within a unified district

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
• Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff
• Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
• Travel between school sites as needed

Student Population

• Preschool through sixth grade
• General Education and Special Education settings
• Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Emotional Disturbance (ED)
• Other Health Impairments (OHI)
• Medically fragile students
• Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• School-based experience
