Are you a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a real difference? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated, part-time BCBA to join our team in Springfield, MA!

What We're Looking For:
- Master Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- 2-3 years experience working with children, adolescents, and families using behavior analytic technology across a variety of diagnoses
- Knowledge of brief functional analysis techniques, ability to conduct Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) and expertise in developing, writing, implementing and training staff around behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Computer literacy and baseline familiarity with Google Suite
- Pass Criminal Background Checks
