The Stepping Stones Group is looking for an experienced LVN for a 1:1 student assignment in Fallbrook, CA. As a school-based clinician, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.
What You'll Do
- Provide continuous 1:1 nursing care during the school day
- Monitor respiratory and cardiac status
- Independently assess and adjust oxygen needs
- Carry oxygen concentrator (~15 lbs)
What We're Looking For
- Active LVN License
- Experience with oxygen titration and seizure monitoring required
- Experience with catheterization preferred
- Base access clearance required (approximately 2
- Experience with pediatrics or school health preferred
