Client Services/Business Development Manager- In Person Atlanta Office The Stepping Stones Group- 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway SE #825, Atlanta, GA 30339
As a Client Development & Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing new client accounts, creating a positive experience for new clients, and increasing the company's market share.
In this position you will: * Identify growth opportunities in your assigned region. * Develop, implement, and execute business development strategies. * Build and maintain relationships with new clients for the purpose of achieving placement targets and acquiring additional business opportunities. * Educate clients of The Stepping Stones Group product offerings and invite Autism, Core and Nursing client service managers to client meetings * High volume outbound marketing calls to clients to generate job orders. * Intake of inbound sales calls to identify school districts' needs. * Conduct in-person client visits * Attend job fairs, conferences, etc. as needed. * Generate interest among school districts through multi-level communication strategies. * Negotiate bill rates and contract terms, create proposals, and finalize client contract documents. * Set clear expectations with clients regarding feedback, quality assurance practices and The Stepping Stones Group policies * Collaborate and support the competitive bid process for assigned client accounts as needed. * Deliver an excellent client experience by taking the time to understand each client's needs and preferences. * Provide clear and consistent client communication; establish expectations throughout the process; respond quickly and thoroughly to client questions. * Collaborate with Vice President of Client Services to establish focus accounts and communicate client needs. * Collaborate with Regional Managers for Client Services to ensure new business is trending positively. * Embrace personal responsibility and accountability in a strongly collaborative environment. * Meet and exceed your assigned activity, placement, and margin goals.
