  The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time, school-based position in Iberville & Baton Rouge, LA! The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.  
  What You'll Do

  • This role will focus on coaching, modeling, and providing support services for staff, as well as collaborating with the behavior specialist to assist students with the most intensive needs. They currently have several students with Autism who have significant sensory needs across three campuses that require additional support.

What We're Looking For   
  • Master's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Behavioral Analysis, Education, or Psychology
  • BCBA Certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 
  • Must be a Licensed Behavioral Analyst in the state of LA 
  • Eligible to supervise practicum students and BCBA candidates
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within school districts while delivering a variety of direct behavioral support as well as program or professional development services
  • Skilled at managing and supervising staff within behavioral support services and successfully engaging with school related stakeholders (e.g., team meetings and consultation with superintendents, special education directors, program specialists, teachers, case managers, agencies, and families
