Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- Valid mental health professional license issued by the State of Michigan (Licensed Social Worker, Limited License Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Limited Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings
- Familiarity with MTSS, trauma-informed care, and school-based behavioral health frameworks
- Ability to provide services with fidelity and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
