The Storekeeper/Receiving Clerk is a member of the Materials Management team. Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Central Distribution, is responsible for the shipping and receiving of supplies and equipment for the hospital. The Storekeeper is responsible for delivering supplies/equipment while maintaining a clean storeroom environment. The Storekeeper/Receiving Clerk assists the Central Processing and Distribution team in the staging and delivery of supplies and equipment to be delivered throughout the hospital. Incorporating collaborative communication practices, he or she assists the Central Processing and Distribution team in assuring the availability of supplies and equipment.

Minimum Education:
High School graduate or equivalent

Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
Minimum of one (1) year current experience in shipping/receiving
Ability to accurately and efficiently follow directions
Understanding of basic computer operations
Courteous, pleasant, and possessing good communication skills.

The hourly rate range for this position is $17.50 to $27.01.
