As a Talent Supply Chain Consultant, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end MSP process. This includes manager interactions, CV screening, supplier engagement making sure candidates that our client's needs. You will work according to our client's global standard process and to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a professional experience throughout the hiring process for both hiring manager and supplier.
This role will be offered on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave for a period of 1 year or possibly more.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attraction:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, ensuring a flawless alignment with our client's global standard process.
- Apply diverse methods to identify top talent, including spotlight calls and regular updates to our supplier base.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients and suppliers to determine and meet staffing needs.
Selection:
- Screen resumes and applications meticulously to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Shortlist candidates strictly following our client's global standard process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements deeply.
- Offer proven mentorship and advice on standard methodologies for recruitment.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss and refine recruitment strategies, both internally and with our clients and suppliers.
- Support in PO management and possible corrections to aid the invoice process.
Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers to select candidates,
- Negotiating terms to align with our client's standards.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process, crafting a professional and positive experience for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Proven recruitment background or equivalent experience.
- Work experience in temporary labor, service level, and/or customer service industries.
- Proficient in standard methodologies and techniques for recruitment.
- Fluent in Norwegian – Native speaker, reading/writing.
- Familiarity and reading comprehension of Swedish language.
- English fluency – reading and writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in specific industries relevant to the client's focus.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as MS Office and VMS systems.
