Our IT Support Specialist is responsible for: 

• Providing first-line support for incoming IT requests and escalating issues to appropriate team members while assisting with various technical projects.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and security issues through remote or in-person support methods.
• Configuring and deploying IT equipment, retrieving unused devices, and updating asset inventory records accurately.
• Responding to IT inquiries from employees and customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system to ensure timely support.
• Diagnosing and addressing technical problems such as password resets, software installations, network connectivity issues, and hardware malfunctions. 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: 

• 1+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a help desk or customer service role
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Ability to learn new IT skills and concepts quickly and efficiently
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, network, and system administration

This is an In House Temporary position paying $24-$28 per hour.
