Our Summer Internship Program offers students valuable exposure to Kelly and the staffing industry, providing practical, hands-on corporate experiences that enhance both academic and professional growth.
As an Intern, through a variety of tasks, projects, and interactions, you will have the opportunity to explore your strengths, develop transferable skills, and set yourself on a successful professional path – potentially pursuing a future career with Kelly.
2025 Program Information:
- Paid Internships Available:
- Finance – Corporate Development and Strategy (incl M&A)
- Human Resources – Talent Management, Strategic Human Resources, and Total Rewards
- Office of the Presidents – Automation Technology
- Workforce Strategy – Revenue Generation / Sourcing Strategies
- Dates: June 2 - August 15
- Location: Troy, Michigan
- Hybrid: Onsite (in office) at least 2 days per week

Overview of Function Internships:
Human Resources – Talent Management, Strategic Human Resources, and Total Rewards
Experience the breadth of human resources strategies at a leading provider of innovative staffing and workforce solutions, including:
- Learn the function through assignments that are carefully selected based on critical business priorities as well as technical knowledge and experience of the intern
- Develop core skills that can be applied across roles to build a powerful network
- Participate in projects in the following areas: Recruiting, Employee Experience, Talent Management, Learning, Leadership Development, Strategic Human Resources, and Total Rewards
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (or equivalent) with a business-focused degree (e.g., economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, human resources, etc.)
- Highly motivated and adaptable, with a curiosity to learn real-world business and financial concepts
- Self-driven, resourceful, independent, and willing to take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative style to working 1:1 or as a team
- Basic project management and research capability
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and high technical learning agility
- Can maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Must be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in Michigan – sponsorship and relocation are not offered with these positions
