Our Software Engineer is accountable for:
- Working with users in various organizations to validate business requirements, derive functional specifications from existing systems, and create new programs in a C# .Net Core application.
- Responsible for working with the business users during testing.
- Skilled in dealing with ambiguous situations and prepared to work with little direction.
- Determine business requirements to design a solution, including desired functions and detailed inputs and outputs for moderately complex projects.
- Analysis, design, prototyping, programming, and testing.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:
- Technical and interpersonal skills are required, as a heavy component of this role involves working with users and navigating within Kelly IT.
- Experience with .Net data manipulation and reporting with SQL databases.
- Experience in an agile team environment with a good understanding of the principles of agile software development and how to apply them to real-world situations
- Minimum of 5 years of software development background emphasizing building new systems in C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Experience in Web App development and UX design.

- Experience with Microsoft Entra/Active Directory, Hangfire, Autofac, Entity Framework, and/or Angular/TypeScript
