Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSCC) is accountable for: 

  • Providing expertise to hiring managers according to our client's compliance process for engaging contingent workers 
  • Driving overall contingent workforce management while leveraging master procurement technology tools 
  • Acting as liaison between the suppliers and the hiring managers to ensure operational service delivery across various manufacturing locations.  
  • Ensuring the client's staffing needs are effectively fulfilled through routine forecasting, distribution and management of requisitions, and management of supplier engagement and fulfillment. 
  • Consult and guide client on different delivery solutions.   
  • Manage client interactions and daily / weekly fulfillment expectations. 
  • Utilize PowerBI and other proprietary systems to create comprehensive data reporting for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes.
  • Fostering strong supplier relationships in sourcing top talent.
  • Identifying cost savings / cost avoidance opportunities within the manufacturing locations.
  • Participating in process improvement / continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Acting as a first point of contact and/or escalation for Supplier and Hiring Manager concerns associated with contingent talent.
  • Market rate analysis, leveraging talent supply and demand data to consult on pay and bill rates. 

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: 

  • Excellent communication skills across talent suppliers, Hiring Managers and key client stakeholders / leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers
  • Experience with VMS / Fieldglass technology and/or other HRIS systems and processes 
  • Act with a sense of urgency to ever-changing forecast for talent 

 

Seeking 2+ years' experience in a Recruitment function and role supporting temporary labor hiring, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Onsite role based in Greeneville, TN- required to work onsite 5 days a week.
