Our Sr. Talent Supply Chain Consultant is accountable for:

  •  Manage the contingent acquisition process from opening requisition to fulfillment to close
  • Ensure the client's staffing needs are effectively fulfilled through routine forecasting, distribution and management of requisitions, and management of supplier engagement and fulfillment. 
  • Perform consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and best sourcing strategies and delivery models to ensure acquisition of the best talent
  • Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing of talent, specifically but not limited to manufacturing, across all the client's locations. 
  • Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
  • Act as liaison between the suppliers and the hiring managers to ensure operational service delivery across various locations.  Escalate as appropriate. 
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to manage and allocate day-to-day activities across the TSCC team.
  • Ensure all program service level agreements are met (SLAs)
  • Act as a resource to hiring managers in accordance with client's compliance policies and process for engaging contingent workers 
  • Manage client interactions and daily / weekly fulfillment expectations. 
  • Utilize PowerBI and other proprietary systems to create comprehensive data reporting for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes.
  • Foster strong staffing supplier relationships in sourcing top talent.
  • Identifying cost savings / cost avoidance opportunities 
  • Participating in process improvement / continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Acting as a first point of contact and/or escalation for Supplier and Hiring Manager concerns associated with contingent talent.
  • Consult on market rate analysis, leveraging talent supply and demand data to consult on pay and bill rates. 

 

Essential Skills:

  • 3-5 years recruiting, MSP/Vendor Management experience or staffing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills across talent suppliers, Hiring Managers and key client stakeholders / leaders.
  • Experience with VMS / Fieldglass technology and/or other HRIS systems and processes 
  • A strong understanding of vendor management tools. (Fieldglass preferred)
  • Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, including preparation, narrative, and presentation, identifying trends/data story and consultation of solutions/process improvements
  • Technology savvy, Google Suite, PowerBI, MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred

 

Position is Virtual- will be required to work Eastern or Central business hours.

 

Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
