Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Poland!  

As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a purpose driven science and technology leader in EMEA region.

Our RPO Sourcer is accountable for:

• Build networks across all channels utilizing all tools and relevant methodologies available to create interest and drive talent to the Client's organization
• Create innovative recruiting strategies, methodologies & best practices to aid candidate development; research and implement new sourcing tools and stay on top of current and new sourcing trends
• Responsible for sourcing, engaging, pre-screening (when needed), and assessing candidate qualifications in order to present the most qualified candidates to Recruiters
• Engage potential candidates via messaging through social media, sending emails, picking up the phone, etc.
• Lead daily conversations with Recruiters, and occasionally with the Client's Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Team, or other key stakeholders
• Lead intake calls with Recruiters to gather requisition details in order to present the most qualified candidates
• Gather market- and position-specific data and present it to the Recruiter and stakeholders
• Manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely manner
• AI and Data Analytics: Leverage artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance sourcing efficiency, improve candidate matching accuracy, and connect hiring trends that drive proactive recruitment strategies to expand talent pool beyond traditional networks
• May assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed
• Comply with all regulatory/legal requirements and company policies

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: 

• 3+ years' experience with sourcing for IT/Cyber Security roles in Poland/on the polish market
• Solid experience utilizing local job boards and social media as a candidate discovery avenue
• Ability to manage high volume requisition load effectively and successfully
• Proven experience sourcing for multiple positions in a variety of disciplines
• Experience building rapport with candidates and Recruiting Partners
• Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent via robust strategic sourcing (cold calling, search tools, Boolean searching, partnering with relevant associations, universities, and networking avenues)
• Demonstrated experience deploying a social media sourcing & recruiting strategy
• Experience identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks and engaging in appropriate escalation process
• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data-driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets 
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the potential to grow consulting skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Significant experience in a fast-paced and highly confidential environment that requires prioritizing multiple tasks
• Current knowledge of HRIS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday or other similar systems
• Preferred industry knowledge: Life Science, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Pharma
• Proficient in English and Polish is highly valued 

This position comes with a one-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).

Seeking 3 years plus Sourcing experience preferably in IT/Cyber Security roles.
