Description

Together, We Build What's Next — Join Our Talent Acquisition Team

We believe that building strong teams starts with recruiters who can move fast, think strategically, and build trusted partnerships across the business. We're partnering with a fast-moving, product-led client and are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring for Finance and corporate leadership roles.

This is a fully remote role open to U.S.-based candidates only, ideally based in the Eastern Time Zone.

What You'll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Director through VP/Manager-level roles in Finance and related corporate functions (no hourly/plant hiring).
  • Partner directly with business leaders to define requirements, build interview plans, and align on offer strategies.
  • Quickly build trust and credibility with stakeholders through strong relationship management and consultative guidance.
  • Source, assess, and close top talent across multiple functions using creative sourcing channels and professional networks.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and clear expectations throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipelines, ATS records, and recruiting reports.

Why This Role Matters:

  • You'll be critical in shaping leadership pipelines across Finance and other business areas.
  • Your recruiting strategy and judgment will directly influence business outcomes.
  • You'll work closely with executives and hiring managers, providing a steady hand and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Be a trusted partner in driving high-quality, timely, and aligned hires for critical functions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate/functional leadership roles (Finance preferred).
  • A strong generalist skill set — adaptable, curious, and confident in managing multiple functions and levels.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and exercise sound judgment in changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills, able to influence both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in building trust with business leaders and navigating complex hiring processes.

Work Environment & Contract Details:

  • Fully remote — U.S.-based only (EST preferred).
  • 12-month contract.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment with close partnership between recruiting and business leaders.
