Our Sr. Business Analyst is accountable for:
- Rate Card Development:
- Build and maintain detailed MSP client rate cards using Brightfield's TDX technology.
- Gather, analyze, and incorporate historical MSP rate data to inform competitive market benchmarks.
- Structure Excel models to accurately reflect comprehensive pricing and supplier components.
- Supplier Survey Management:
- Design and administer quantitative surveys to MSP suppliers, collecting actionable rate information.
- Analyze survey results to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize rate card strategies.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques
- Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability and decision making
