Our Program Facilitator is accountable for:
- Developing and implementing enterprise-wide learning and development strategies focused on AI
- Designing and delivering engaging e-learning modules, workshops, and training programs using instructional design models.
- Partnering with subject matter experts to produce accurate, innovative, and AI-driven learning content.
- Utilizing data analytics tools to measure training effectiveness and optimize learning programs.
- Drive the adoption of new technology and learning mechanisms through strategic change management.
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless training deployment and tracking.
- Maintain robust knowledge management and support ongoing organizational learning.
Essential Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with major LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Skilled in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and industry best practices
- Strong strategic thinking, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proven experience with multimedia, project management, and leading teams in a large enterprise
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and champion innovative learning, especially in AI-driven solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
- Experience designing and delivering programs for large organizations and working with executive stakeholders
- Office-based role in Troy, MI preferred
Base pay range for this position is $35-40 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
