Our Kelly Education, Vice President MN Operations is accountable for:
- Providing leadership through other people managers, overseeing a division or region, and driving performance and results across the team.
- Developing and executing business plans while contributing to the development of functional strategy in alignment with operational priorities.
- Developing new strategic business, retaining, and growing strategic accounts across Minnesota.
- Conducting regular business reviews with key clients to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the negotiation of complex contracts and agreements to maximize revenue while mitigating risk.
- Analyzing account and financial performance metrics to make data-driven decisions, optimize resource allocation, and ensure strategic objectives are met.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in account management, business development, and people leadership roles.
- Proven people management skills, leading other managers to drive team performance and accountability.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for decision-making.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning for large-scale accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to maintain strong client partnerships.
- Strategic and adaptable thinker, capable of navigating dynamic, competitive sales environments while executing on long-term business growth objectives.
Work Location and Travel Requirements:
- Branch Work Location: 3001 Metro Dr, Suite 200, Bloomington, MN 55425
- Required to be onsite at the local Bloomington, MN branch and able to travel 50–60% of the time.
Base pay range for this position is $160,000 – $185,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
