Our Senior Account Sales Executive (Skilled Professional Solutions) is accountable for:
Developing and expanding business within existing Kelly customer relationships by identifying and selling Statement of Work (SOW), project-based consulting solutions across multiple business units
Owning and growing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving revenue, margin, and long-term retention through consultative, value-based selling
Partnering cross-functionally across Kelly to uncover critical-to-retain opportunities and expand solution adoption
Building and presenting tailored proposals, pricing models, and solution strategies aligned to customer business objectives
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
Proven aptitude to provide strategic, consultative sales support by collaborating on solutions that address complex client needs
Demonstrated success navigating and selling within large, matrixed organizations, both internally and with customers
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills supported by clear, executive-level communication
Experience managing a metrics-driven sales pipeline, including activity tracking, forecasting, and KPI accountability
Working knowledge of sales tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) to manage pipeline and performance
Ability to articulate sales history, activity levels, and measurable results
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a staffing, consulting, or professional services sales capacity required
This role is remote, with flexibility to support customers virtually across regions.
Base compensation range for this position is $73,875 to $98,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
