This Recruiting Manager will lead, proactively identify, engage, and hire candidates utilizing our client's brand. Building and nurturing a talent community of qualified, engaged talent that can quickly fill open roles in contingent workforce programs is a core responsibility of this role. This approach helps organizations reduce recruitment costs, improve candidate quality, and enhance their employer brand.

Our Recruiting Manager is accountable for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Recruiters to support successful hiring initiatives
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and operational efficiency
  • Aligning recruitment strategies with businessobjectives,leveraginglabor market insights and industry trends
  • Developing and implementing innovative workforce solutions aligned to client goals
  • Building andmaintainingstrong relationships with MSP partners and clients
  • Monitoring recruitment performance and ensuring compliance with KPIs and service level agreements

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

  • 7+ years of experience in staffing or recruiting
  • High volume light industrial recruiting experience and expectations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze profitability metrics
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Location & Work Model:

This role is based out of our Memphis, Tennessee branch. A hybrid schedule may be available during off-peak periods following the initial ramp-up and training phase.

Base pay range for this position is $92,400 to $123,200 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
