Job Title: Assembly 1st Shift 

Job Overview: Ecommerce is thriving, and Internet Fulfillment is a crucial part of that success. As an Internet Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of Ecommerce orders as they come in. Your efforts will help deliver our products directly into the hands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, maintaining a fast-paced work environment while utilizing appropriate supplies and packing materials.
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner, handling shipments efficiently to maintain smooth workflow between workstations.
  • Stock new merchandise as it arrives.
  • Communicate with management regarding any production issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety, cleanliness, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor production supplies and collaborate with the Supervisor or Team Lead to order additional supplies as needed.
  • Follow all written departmental procedures and identify any necessary changes, reporting findings to your supervisor.
  • Work in a climate-controlled environment with a pleasant break room and background music.
  • Operate in a distribution center setting with a moderate to loud noise level.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or Internet Fulfillment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (10-12 hours).
  • Capability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday, 4:55 AM - 3:25 PM, $16/hour.
  • We also have a weekend shift available. If you're interested in both shifts, please apply for both. If you only want the weekend shift, please apply only for that one.
