Direct Hire 1st shift Tool & Die Maker 
Location: Wadsworth, OH
Hours: 1st shift - flexible start - 10 hour shifts 
Monday-Friday 
Pay: $30-39 per hour based on experience 
FULL BENEFITS 

Kelly Services is hiring for a full-time Tool and Die Maker on 1st shift in Wadsworth, OH. This role supports production by providing precision machining, tooling maintenance, and fabrication expertise.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair tooling (punches, dies, etc.)
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints and job route plans
  • Troubleshoot die wear and breakage issues
  • Fabricate new dies, jigs, fixtures, and machine components
  • Reverse engineer parts as needed
  • Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Operate mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams on design/methods
  • Follow all safety protocols
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in tool and die maintenance
  • Apprenticeship certification preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with measurement instruments
  • Must pass interview, testing, drug screen, and background check
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed
