Pay Rate: $31-$45/hrpending expereince
The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 - $95,073 annually, based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, and location.
Schedule: 2nd shift
Direct Hire Position-Not contract.
2nd Shift Production Supervisor:
• Leading and coordinating team activities to maximize efficiency through corrective actions, annual reviews, training, and conflict resolution.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of production processes such as batching, agglomeration, and blending, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Utilizing SAP and other software for material flow transactions and training team members on operational procedures.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a four-year degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Bring 2 to 5 years of experience in a related industry, with leadership experience being highly desirable.
• Possess proficiency in SAP (on resume) and a strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and lean manufacturing methodologies.
