Job Title: Maintenance Worker (3 month temp assignment)
Location: Northwest Houston, TX 77041
Schedule: mon-fri
Pay Rate: 24 hr
Position Summary: have stand-up forklift experience
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and be comfortable performing a variety of facility upkeep tasks, including equipment setup, laundry, housekeeping duties, and grounds maintenance. Stand-up forklift experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance duties including minor repairs, painting, and equipment replacements

Operate and maintain stand-up forklift for material handling and equipment movement

Assist with housekeeping functions such as laundry, sweeping, and sanitizing areas

Set up and break down equipment as needed for facility operations

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of building and grounds

Monitor and report maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisor

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in general maintenance or related field

Must have stand-up forklift experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
