What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of the Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) Access Management and Control team, responsible for providing operational support to various internal groups. Your focus will be on onboarding and offboarding user access, maintaining compliance, and delivering top-notch service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to resolve inquiries and requests promptly
- Processing service tickets and access requests accurately within established SLAs
- Managing change activities while minimizing risk to the business environment
- Identifying and resolving service delivery issues, escalating when necessary
- Contributing to process improvements and service optimization
- Acting as a key information resource for colleagues and internal business partners
- Ensuring adherence to policies, guidelines, and security standards
- Supporting a team culture built on quality, accountability, and teamwork

You're a proactive and dependable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in accuracy and organization, communicate clearly, and approach your work with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback
- Strong attention to detail
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools
Performance & Growth
Your performance will be measured based on service level agreements (SLAs)—how quickly and accurately you complete tickets and requests. This position offers excellent exposure to banking operations, with opportunities to grow within TD and expand your skill set across various areas of financial services.
