We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Billerica/Chelmsford/Norwood/Woburn area. This individual will play a key role in driving growth across our light industrial and manufacturing staffing solutions.
We are seeking someone in the Billerica, Chelmsford, Norwood, or Woburn area. This will be a hybrid role until the new office officially opens.
What You'll Do-
Develop new business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and high-margin local businesses.

Expand and retain existing customer relationships, increasing market share and profitability.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales metrics through prospecting, networking, and consultative selling.

Build and deliver proposals, contracts, and customized pricing models.

Serve as a trusted advisor by providing consultative solutions tailored to client needs.

Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in a staffing agency (required).

Background in light industrial and manufacturing staffing sales (preferred).

Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver consultative workforce solutions.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of competitive market trends and industry practices.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growth-driven environment.

Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)
