Now Hiring: Account Manager – Religious Travel Agency
Location: Houston, TX 77032 
Schedule: Full-time - Mon-Fri 
Pay: $21 hr

 

Are you passionate about travel, client relationships, and faith-based experiences? We're looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join a mission-driven religious travel agency and help us deliver spiritually enriching journeys to individuals, families, and church groups.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients—from onboarding to post-travel follow-up. You'll manage group accounts, coordinate travel logistics, and ensure each client's experience is seamless, impactful, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with church leaders, group organizers, and individual travelers
  • Coordinate all aspects of group travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
  • Manage client accounts, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication throughout the planning process
  • Work closely with internal sales and travel teams to meet group needs and deadlines
  •  Assist with quotes, invoices, payment tracking, and travel documentation
  • Promote new travel offerings and encourage repeat business through exceptional service
  • Represent the agency with professionalism and faith-centered values

What You Bring:
  • Experience in account management, client services, or group travel coordination

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Familiarity with travel logistics and booking platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, etc. a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail

  • A positive, service-minded attitude and passion for faith-based missions

  • Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) or church/ministry involvement
