What's a typical day as Account Rep? You'll be:

• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client inquiries within established timeframes.
• Performing sales order entry and monitoring orders through logistics processes.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed reports, modifying schedules and plans as required.
• Assisting Account Managers by providing technical guidance and resolving issues.
• Communicating with customers to ensure requirements and expectations are met.
• Creating and maintaining reports in accordance with customer needs.
• Participating in quarterly business reviews with customers as needed.
• Monitoring processes to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and SLAs.
• Supporting both customers and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Displaying initiative and flexibility in supporting Account Managers and team members.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience preferred.
• Hold a High School Diploma (required).
• Have experience in supply chain or customer service (preferred).
• Can maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
