Exciting Job Opportunity: Accounting Clerk with HR Support

Position Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14 – $19 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary As our Accounting Clerk with HR Support, you'll manage essential daily financial transactions—such as accounts payable, payroll data entry, and invoicing—while providing hands-on support to the HR department. This includes maintaining personnel records, assisting in employee onboarding, benefits reconciliation, and administrative filing. You'll thrive if you value precision, confidentiality, and have strong skills with accounting software and MS Office. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Data Entry & Customer Support

  • Accurately enter purchase orders into our Intuitive ERP system.
  • Manage job folders, contract review logs, and aid the manufacturing review process.
  • Update customer orders and documentation as needed.
  • Generate and provide shipment performance reports for management.
  • Assist with special customer requests and coordinate shop packets for production.
  • Respond to and document customer quality alerts and billing inquiries.
  • Track order status and provide proof of deliveries when requested.
  • Serve as phone backup for the receptionist as needed.
Accounts Payable Functions
  • Match vendor invoices to packing slips and verify details.
  • Enter vendor invoices into the ERP system, resolving discrepancies.
  • Code invoices and maintain organized files for both pending and paid transactions.
  • Select invoices for payment, process and mail checks, debit memos, and void checks as needed.
  • Communicate directly with vendors via phone and email and resolve any issues.
  • Assist with credit applications, W-9 forms, new account setup, and monthly reports.
Human Resources Administrative Support
  • Maintain HR files, records, and documentation with strict confidentiality.
  • Conduct new hire orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and schedule interviews.
  • Update HRIS/database with employee personal data, compensation, and leaves.

  • Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for vendor and employee interactions.
