Kelly is seeking an Accounting Manager to work with our successful medical manufacturing client in Redmond on a direct hire basis. The Accounting Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Report to the Director of Finance & HR
  • Responsible for calculating commissions
  • Initiate wire transfer
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Monitor daily bank transactions
  • Process payroll on bi-weekly schedule
  • Credit memo verification
  • Prepare and review financial statements
  • Reconciliation of parent company accounts
  • Lease accounting
  • Deferred revenue and related cost of goods calculations
  • Accruals and reserve calculations
  • Monitor fixed asset accounts and inventory accounts
  • Preparing reports on financial fluctuation analysis
  • Business fee and expenses invoicing to Parent Company
  • Liaise with external auditors during annual audits
  • Finalizing the annual reporting package
  • Accounts payable entries
  • Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations
  • Monitor accounts receivables and follow up with staff accountant
  • Handle background checks, hiring process, enrollment of health insurance, and 401K retirement plan as well as 401k deposit and HSA fund transfer
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Previous managerial experience desired
  • Proficiency in Japanese is required for effective communication with Parent Company
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
