Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Shift: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Coordinator? You'll be:
• Handling invoice management and processing, ensuring prompt payments to vendors while maintaining precise financial records.
• Verifying invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and addressing any discrepancies that may arise.
• Entering invoice and payment information into the company's accounting system and responding to vendor inquiries.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Are knowledgeable in accounting principles and practices and proficient in using accounting software and computer systems.
