We're seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to work with Kelly Services, to work with iconic snacking brands. This is a 5-month contract role based in East Hanover, NJ.

Managing elements of the monthly accounting close and ensuring accurate U.S. GAAP/local GAAP reporting.

Overseeing financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPI analysis to ensure result integrity.

Providing insights into balance sheet movements and cash flow activities.

Maintaining compliance with Mondelez AER (Accounting, External Reporting) policies.

Coordinating accounting services and supporting operational needs.

Leading projects focused on process harmonization, system optimization, and continuous improvement.

Implementing new accounting guidance and systems (NetSuite, Tipalti, FIT/HFM, SLAN).

Mentoring and supporting the finance team to foster performance and growth.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with increasing responsibility.

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/local GAAP.

Proficiency in NetSuite and Tipalti tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
