We're seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to work with Kelly Services, to work with iconic snacking brands. This is a 5-month contract role based in East Hanover, NJ.

-  Managing elements of the monthly accounting close and ensuring accurate U.S. GAAP/local GAAP reporting. 
-  Overseeing financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPI analysis to ensure result integrity. 
-  Providing insights into balance sheet movements and cash flow activities. 
-  Maintaining compliance with Mondelez AER (Accounting, External Reporting) policies. 
-  Coordinating accounting services and supporting operational needs. 
-  Leading projects focused on process harmonization, system optimization, and continuous improvement. 
-  Implementing new accounting guidance and systems (NetSuite, Tipalti, FIT/HFM, SLAN). 
-  Mentoring and supporting the finance team to foster performance and growth. 
-  A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics. 
-  5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with increasing responsibility. 
-  Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/local GAAP. 
-  Proficiency in NetSuite and Tipalti tools. 
-  Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. 
-  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
