Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $25.00 an hour
6 months temporary assignment

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Specialist? You'll be:
• Processing and submitting all available customer invoices daily, while reporting any issues to the supervisor and operations team.
• Verifying rates and discussing any discrepancies with Sales and the Supervisor, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Posting invoices in accounting software and managing driver settlements efficiently.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in accounts payable or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting software.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, is often preferred
