Administrative Clerk I – Direct Hire Opportunity
Location: Hazle Township, PA 18202 : On-site (NOT A REMOTE ROLE)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire (This is not a temp position)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Administrative Clerk I to support our Transport Operations Department. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, growth potential, and a professional work environment.

Interview Process:
Qualified candidates will go through a two-step interview process — one virtual interview and one onsite interview — before a final decision is made.

Mandatory Training Requirement – Fully Paid Travel
All candidates must attend a mandatory 4-week paid training in Chicago, Illinois:

  • First 2 weeks in Illinois
  • Return home for one weekend
  • Final 2 weeks in Illinois
  • All travel expenses (flights, hotel, meals) are paid by the company
    Note: No absences are permitted during the training period.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter customer orders and scan/index required documents
  • Schedule customer pickups and deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer contact information
  • Communicate changes in delivery schedules and service updates
  • Provide support to dispatch operations
  • Recommend and implement approved process improvements
  • Assist with reporting and other duties as assigned by the manager
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (Must pass assessment test)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) (Must pass assessment test) and ability to learn company systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and scheduling skills
  • Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
