Now Hiring: Administrative Clerk Lead (2nd Shift)
Location: Hazle Township, PA 18202: On-site (NOT A REMOTE ROLE)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire (Not a Temp Role)

Interview Process:
Qualified candidates will go through a two-step interview process — one virtual interview and one onsite interview — before a final decision is made.

Training Requirement – Fully Paid Travel
This position requires mandatory 1-month training in Chicago, Illinois.

  • Weeks 1–2: On-site training in Chicago
  • Weekend break: Return home
  • Weeks 3–4: Resume training in Chicago
  • Must complete all four weeks of training with no absences
  • Flights, hotel accommodations, and meals are fully covered by the company
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and schedule inbound customer orders
  • Scan and index documents; maintain updated customer records
  • Schedule deliveries and communicate changes to customers
  • Manage inbound billing tasks and administrative functions
  • Train associates on inbound department procedures and documentation standards
  • Assist with dispatch board (tee card) updates
  • Communicate customer inquiries and issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate reports and support operations management
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality and act as a professional point of contact
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of clerical or administrative experience (logistics background preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (Must pass assessment test)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); (Must pass assessment test)
  • Ability to learn company systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive phone presence and ability to work under pressure
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a larger operations team
  • Must be able to complete all training and job functions in English
