Temporary Quality Department Support
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Quality Department Support member! This role, based in a vibrant manufacturing environment, is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance. You will play a crucial role in reviewing and organizing essential documents, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations. If you have strong document control experience and are familiar with manufacturing ISO and regulatory standards, we want to hear from you!
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary
- Location: Antigo, WI
- Pay Rate: $19-$25/HR
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review company documents (procedures, work instructions, etc.) for consistency and completeness.
- Compare documents against known standards and flag anything that looks incorrect or outdated.
- Help organize and update documents in our control system.
- Take notes on findings and suggestions for improvement—no need to make final decisions.
- Work closely with the Quality team to support preparation for compliance checks.
- Follow document control processes to help ensure accurate versioning and tracking.
- Assist with general administrative quality support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with document control or administrative support in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, CMMC 2.0, and NIST 800-171 is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
