Location: Spring, TX
Pay Rate: up to $38.00/hour DOE
Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant III. This role would prove administrative support to a department or individual. It requires excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements in Concur (domestic and international)
- Process expense reports
- Modify and print out reports.
- Heavy Calendar Management
- Meeting coordination
- Distributing mail
- May work on special projects
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Type 50 WPM
5+ years of experience in similar role
HS/GED required. Higher degree a plus.
