Pay: $18 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. You will be responsible for providing essential support to our construction supervisors and project managers while ensuring efficient communication with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspond with customers via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Assist construction supervisors and project managers with tasks such as printing, emailing, and calling as needed.
- Perform data entry into Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate as a team member and provide leadership when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both as a team member and a team leader.
- A construction background is helpful but not required.
