Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Contract: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
• Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintaining security by following procedures, issuing visitor badges, and managing access control personnel data.
• Providing administrative support to the Campus Operations team, including managing company lunch, snack, and mailroom programs.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and have experience with telecommunication systems.
