What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
- Supporting one or more mid- to senior-level managers in a diverse and complex environment.
- Performing complex administrative activities, including managing projects, composing letters and reports, and handling confidential paperwork.
- Scanning and uploading documents in HRIS while managing physical files efficiently.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 0-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and are well-organized with a self-starter attitude.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite 365. Experience with Workday or UKG is preferred.
