Location: Hybrid/ 4000 North Central Ave. Phoenix, AZ, 85012  

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00AM to 5:00PM 

Term: 7 months contract with a possibility of extension  

Payrate: $27.13/hr 

Job Summary:  

The Administrative Assistant will act as the primary contact for processing service reduction documents and coordinating activities with DES/DDD. This role involves reviewing and analyzing documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and preparing clear, accurate communications. The position requires strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. Training will be provided, but prior experience in healthcare, case management, or document review is highly valued. 

Job Description: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for processing documents related to service reductions. 

  • Review and analyze documentation to ensure compliance with DES/DDD requirements. 

  • Coordinate process activities and communicate outcomes effectively. 

  • Conduct research and apply Federal and State laws, statutes, rules, and policies to case materials. 

  • Prepare written correspondence that is clear, concise, and well-documented. 

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies through problem-solving and critical thinking. 

  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures. 

  • Work independently in a hybrid environment (remote or in-office as needed). 

  • Collaborate with team members, leadership, and external stakeholders as required.
