Administrative Assistant
Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group has an opening for a Administrative Assistant for a long-term engagement at one of our Global medical device clients in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role is eligible for medical benefits, paid time off including vacation (PTO), and holidays, 401K, and annual performance reviews. Hours - Monday - Friday day shift
Must work on site
Pay is $31-33 an hour depending on experince
- Administrative Support: Manages calendars, travel in Concur, and expense reports for the Senior Director. Handles other administrative tasks as needed.
- Office Management: Oversees the Research group facility, including office equipment, supplies, and catering.
- Meeting Management: Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes, and tracks action items.
- Budget Management: Maintains department and project budgets, manages procurement processes (requisitions, POs, invoices), and ensures accurate project coding.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinates onboarding and offboarding of personnel with Human Resources , including system access and workspace setup.
- Data & Records Management: Manages data on SharePoint, serves as Site Records Coordinator, and performs records retention.
- Report Preparation: Assists in preparing and editing reports and presentations.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4-5 years of administrative experience supporting teams/executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and Concur.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
