Senior Administrative Assistant, R&D
Kelly is partnering with Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery to find a dynamic, detail-oriented Sr Administrative Assistant to join the R&D team in Raritan, NJ. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting innovation in the medical technology space.
Schedule – Monday-Friday (possibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week)
Pay - $33.94 per hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the R&D team.
- Manage purchase orders, capital expenditures, and expense tracking using systems such as Ariba, gCRAFT, and Vision.
- Support the budget and accrual process, working closely with Finance and leadership.
- Coordinate travel, calendars, meetings, and communications across global teams.
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, reporting, and department operations.
- Collaborate with fellow admins to ensure seamless coverage and team support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's or higher preferred.
- Administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leaders in a large, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Concur, Teams, Zoom, and Amex Travel required.
- Experience with Ariba, gCRAFT, Vision, aCREW, Planisware, and SharePoint strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
