  • Pay Rate: $30.00/hr
  • Schedule: 20-40 hours per week
  • Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid role)
Your Typical Day Will Include:
  • Provides administrative support for event logistics coordination
  • Supports meetings by managing room bookings, sending invites, and organizing catering as needed
  • Prepares expense reports and assists with travel bookings and visa support
  • Orders office supplies and manages inventory
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and workshops, including making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Organizes office files and storage systems
  • Processes invoices and maintains financial and expense records
  • Greets and assists vendors and visitors

The Ideal Candidate Has:
  • A High School diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of office-based experience
  • 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; Ariba and Concur experience are a plus
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a dynamic team environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with problem-solving abilities
