Kelly Now Hiring- Administrative Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Produce and distribute correspondence, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests from clients and colleagues.
- Maintain both computer and manual filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
- Respond to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries in a timely manner.
- Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter application data into the enrollment database and run reports based on applications received.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
