- Pay Rate: $20/hr
- Location: 100% Onsite
- Schedule: Standard business hours (Monday-Friday) 8AM-5PM
- Employment Type: Contract (with the possibility to transition to Full Time Employee)
- Distribute warrants and ensure proper handling/documentation
- Monitor a shared inbox and respond to all department requests
- Provide exceptional customer service while screening visitors, clients, and vendors, directing them to the appropriate internal personnel
- Serve as the point-of-contact for legal documents including garnishments and service of legal process
- Answer internal and external calls, resolve inquiries, review and reply to voicemails daily
- Receive, sort, scan, and deliver incoming mail and packages (including confidential materials and warrants)
- Track and manage both incoming and outgoing correspondence on a daily basis
- Perform additional front desk duties, assist with daily visitors, and provide backup support on admin projects whenever needed
- Front Desk operations
- Proficient in business operations administrative support
- Handling high-volume shared inboxes and phone messages
- Daily mail and package distribution
- Client-facing/customer service skills
- Flexibility to assist staff and management as needed
- 2-3 years of client-facing and front desk experience required
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation (a must!)
- Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite
- Must be available for a virtual interview within 2 days of resume submission
