Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY
Schedule: Monday – Thursday in-office, Friday remote
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

The Role:
Seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role will provide critical support to our New York office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with branding, and marketing efforts, and supporting our executive search process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the executive search and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Organization – Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Calendar & Travel Coordination – Schedule meetings, book travel, and organize team calendars.
Branding & Workflow Improvement – Assist with marketing collateral, campaign management, and process optimization.
Client & Candidate Outreach – Support search assignments, coordinate outreach efforts, and update records.
Database Management – Add, verify, and organize key information in our recruitment database.
