Kelly is seeking a professional and personable Administrative Assistant - Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring smooth office operations.

Administrative Assistant - Receptionist
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Salary: $18-$25 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Flexible options available (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, manage safety video orientation).
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and manage office directories.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as typing, entering work notifications, onboarding new employees, ordering materials, and contacting vendors as needed.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • SAP experience preferred but not required.
