What's a typical day as an Administrative Clerk? You'll be:
• Assisting the Maintenance Superintendent in managing daily administrative tasks within the Maintenance Department.
• Operating a work order desk, which includes printing work orders for supervisors, preparing emergency job orders, and documenting equipment history records.
• Maintaining D365 equipment records based on data gathered from OEM Suppliers, Data Sheets, PM records, and completed work orders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on customer service—previous experience in a maintenance or industrial environment is preferred.
• Are proficient in maintaining digital files and records, with strong attention to detail.
• Can effectively communicate with various departments and vendors, responding promptly to phone and radio calls.
