Description

Kelly Services is seeking a customer-focused Administrative Health Representative for a 1-month temporary assignment, with our client. The successful candidate must be available to work at multiple locations, including Caledonia, Dunnville, and Simcoe. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing information, directing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks for Public Health and Social Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, service-oriented manner.
  • Respond to inquiries, direct calls, and provide general information.
  • Support Social Services clients with appointment scheduling and system navigation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as payments for various services.
  • Maintain office supplies, reception area organization, and informational materials.
  • Coordinate with IT to update phone system directories.
  • Receive and distribute shipments and vaccines as required.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of front desk or administrative experience in a medical or government services office would be preferred.
  • Grade 12 diploma plus a 1-year certificate in administrative and or business.
  • Strong customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use department-specific software.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be available to work in Caledonia, Dunnville, and Simcoe.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (two doses).

What's In It For You:

  • Pay rate $26.30/hour + 4% vacation pay.
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit.
  • Full-time hours Monday-Friday 35 hours/week
